- Do I need an AI or data-science team?
- No. Recognition, the conversational agent, and the cloud are ours to run and update. You install the hardware, configure the access rules, and support the customer, your existing techs can do all of it.
- What do I actually install?
- Three parts on the customer's existing gate (a plate-reading camera, a small on-site computer, and a gate controller) wired to the gate motor they already have. Typically about half a day per gate, no rebuilds, with our remote support during commissioning.
- Who owns the customer relationship?
- You do. You sell, install, support, and set your own pricing. We keep the platform running underneath and back you on anything technical.
- How does a partner make money?
- Two ways. You keep your install and service revenue, that work is yours, billed by you. GateGuardX bills the customer for the hardware and the platform subscription, and you earn a recurring share of that subscription for as long as the customer stays. Exact terms are agreed per partner when we talk.
- Will you sell direct and compete with me?
- We grow through partners. When you apply, tell us your market and the accounts you serve, and we'll be straight about how we work together in your territory.
- What gates and hardware does it work with?
- It works with almost any existing automatic gate — all the major gate and barrier operators, including the one your customer already has. Run the compatibility check for any specific site.
