You provide a valid room number or booking number and the matching last name or phone number:

2. Delivery
• Provide a valid work order and package/delivery details.
• Valid work order: 626M.
• The gate will only open if you provide this exact work order.
3. Meeting
• State exactly whom you are visiting.
• Valid names: Taylor Swift, LeBron James, or Henry Ford.
• After mentioning one of these names, provide your own name for verification.
• The gate will open only if one of these names is mentioned.
WHAT HAPPENS IF DETAILS ARE INCORRECT?
• The gate will remain closed.
• The system will politely request correct information.
